Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Monitoring Operator to join our Control Room team, overseeing the performance of our clients’ solar farms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the health and availability of renewable energy assets, acting as the first point of contact for faults, outages, and on-site coordination.

This is a fast-paced and varied position that involves weekend and night work as part of a fixed rota — ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working with data in a dynamic environment.

What will you be doing?

Monitor a portfolio of solar sites throughout the day to identify and log performance issues or faults.

Create work orders and communicate incidents to the wider team.

Keep the team updated on outages, site events, and engineering works.

Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate site access and progress updates.

Monitor site security and take appropriate action when required.

Answer incoming calls and support general office administration.
